It is based on an idea by Cristina Schiavon, who has been promoting design businesses and their products among architecture firms in and around Milan for 12 years. In 2012 she decided to extend her communication channels through materialiedesign, a blog which over the years has grown to become an authentic web magazine talking about architecture, design and trends, with a central focus on products. Its circulation is greatly supported by major social networks including Facebook and Twitter.
Every month the magazine reaches a total of 12,700 specialists, including Facebook and Twitter subscribers, Materiali e design blog readers, as well as the many direct contacts on Linkedin and the Newsletter.
